The oncologist said this on my first meeting
“You are probably not going to feel too well so you are probably not going to be able to do much”
I walked out of his office and vowed to myself
“I am not going to be that person. I am going to build the healthiest body I have ever had”
I decided to change all my habits during chemotherapy.
I was able to finish 12 sessions of chemotherapy feeling stronger than I started.
Nobody told me I could do it.
How To Be delusional like me 👇🏽
1️⃣ Don’t wait for someone else to believe you can do it. No amount of outside belief will create inside belief.
True belief starts from within
2️⃣Surround yourself with people who have done it
At the beginning of my journey I got a couple of random books at the library about mums who had gone through cancer
But they spent the whole book feeling sorry for themselves
I decided I didn’t want to be that person.
That’s why I wrote my own book—to inspire and empower others on their own journeys.
3️⃣Embrace the Messy Process
You don’t need a perfect plan or timing to start chasing your dreams.
Dreams are achieved through action, not perfection.
Take that first step and let momentum build.
The more action you take, the more momentum you create.

Can you imagine if I had waited until the end of chemotherapy to change my life?
Can you imagine if I hadn't started my business after I finished chemotherapy because it wasn't the right time?
